Time Waits for No One Transparent Design
Downloaded design has a transparent background. If you plan on putting it on white or a lighter background, text wont stand out as well as it will on a darker background. Downloaded image (when purchased) will not have my logo on it and is high resolution. Image comes with commercial and personal use licensing, so use as you will. Please read licencing agreement as it does not cover the resale of this image in digital format, alone. Thank you.
Licensing Agreement
The seller owns the copyright and licensing and is giving the buyer permission to use the purchased file for an infinite term as many times as they like. This is not transferable, and the buyer is not able to re-sell the file in digital format.
The buyer may:
Use the file to create merchandise / stock for re-sale without paying royalties, or any other commission to the seller of the digital file. This covers print to demand store also.
The buyer may not:
Resell the digital file in digital format as is, or in an altered / edited state unless only parts have been used / added to combined creative piece.
Seller agrees to:
Allow the buyer to use the file as per the above, with no extra expense payable and not deny buyer use under this agreement.
Once the file has been purchased, they agree by default and this agreement starts. Digital files are non-refundable. This agreement is infinite and final. If buyer breaches these terms, seller may seek legal prosecution.
